A: We just provide the generator and equipment and leave the fuel supplies to our customers for convenience reason, as it is easier and faster for customers to get fuel from nearby location.

A: Sewatama ensures that our rental-contracts are flexible enough with “Win Win Solution” spirit. The contracts are also easy to understand and formulated to answer various kinds of customer needs in urgent/ emergency, temporary or planned circumstances.

Q:  What equipment/ manpower do I need to provide?

A: All the equipments and man power for the operation of generators are provided. We have prepared everything from the Genset, Power Cable, Operator, and even the Panel transformer if necessary. All customers need to do is to show the MDP - Main Panel Ditribution in their place and our technicians will simply connect it. Customers do not need to provide any equipment.

Q: What technical service/support do you offer?

A: We are offering a full service support that will assist you during installation process as well as provide supervision and monitoring during rental period

Q: How do I know my rental units are 100 percent reliable?

A: In Sewatama, each generator is inspected before dispatch to customers’ location. Each unit has gone through a series of examinations, verifications and load bank testing to ensure the reliability of the generators and to guarantee the output power meet the generator capacity requirements as demanded by customers

Q: What happens if equipment I rent goes down?

A: We guarantee every generator rented to customers. If you leased equipment broke down within 1 x 24 hours, our engineer team will come to repair it.  We will replace the broken generator with another unit with the same or even larger capacity as required.

Q: Can you train my staff to hook up and operate the equipment? 

A: Yes, we do provide training and assistance to your staff if required.

Q: Can you supply an operator?

A: Yes, as a matter of fact all our operators are highly qualified as they had trainings in Basic Diesel Engine, Basic Electric Generator Set, as well as Occupational Safety.
