• (SHE) policies or Safety, Health and Environment regulations that cover the entire business and operational activities.
• OHSAS 18001 certification since 2007
• SHE policies complience to SMK3 and OHSAS 18001 standards and policies.

We believe that our people are customers’ biggest asset and hence we take a serious consideration in helping them achieve their full potential. Our human resource development planning focuses on three main areas, which are; specialized training, job counseling and career path planning. As for the training program, Sewatama has a comprehensive and wide range of training programs that are tailor made to meet each department different needs.
