Sewatama supports Toyo Engineering for PLN Paiton Project

From November 25,1996 to November 1998, Sewatama delivered a total of 26 unit generators of different types, with a capacity range from 100 kVA to 680 kVA. TEC that also specializes in design, supplies, construction chemicals, petrochemicals, oil and gases, fertilizers, nuclear and power generators expressed their gratitude to Sewatama for making daily operation of PLN Paiton project uninterrupted. Power Behind The New BNI City Building

PT. Swadharma Prima Utama was relying on 4.08 MV electricity provided by PLN as its main power source, whereas for back up, it took Sewatama's offer, which was a rental and transfer program, which enabled PT. SwadharmaPrima Utama to have a full ownership of a power generator system consisting of 4 units Caterpillar 3512 TA Silent Type with a total capacity of 4.08 MW, 1250 meters cable, transformers, and exhaust pipe after five years rental period. The program also came with free maintenance program for the first five years that included routine maintenance, spare parts, skilled technician and operators. When they were asked about the rental and transfer program, PT. Swadharma Prima Utama admitted that the program was the best solution for their particular case and they were really satisfied with the service provided by the entire Sewatama team. [...]

Solving Power Deficit Problems in North Sulawesi

The PLN area VII in Sulawesi, decided to install temporary power generator to compensate the deficit, and they chose Sewatama as the provider. Quickly after being contacted, Sewatama sent 10 units of 3,516 utility grade gen-sets, transformers and more than 1000 feet of cable in July 1995. Fuel tanks, circuit breakers, distribution panels and exhaust system were all included in the delivery. Within 15 days after arrival on site, the equipment was installed, tested and activated. The gen-sets were planted to support the area for the next 5 years with a regular supervision and monitoring from Sewatama team to ensure the area's electricity demand was covered. The PLN area VII said they were satisfied with Sewatama's quick response and assistance in determining the right solution for the power deficit problems.[...]
